These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Active Embodiment for Coaches (operated by Martha Eddy's Center for Embodied Learning) services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
Active Embodiment for Coaches may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Active Embodiment for Coaches to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Age Requirement (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS and email communications program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to consent to receive messages from Active Embodiment for Coaches.
Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 929-674-7309. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Opt In Again
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

Message Frequency and Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your interactions, appointments, and subscription preferences. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
